Located at the most Northernly point of the UK mainland, the house underwent substantial renovation works which included using local trades and materials to transform it into a 5-star estate.

As part of the extensive works, the garden and surrounding areas were also updated. Norse Stone supplied Caithness flagstone coping, paving, pillar caps and building stone for the outside spaces.
